PHOTO LICENCE TERMS

IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE PURCHASING
These terms apply to every digital photo purchased from this website.
By completing your purchase, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Homing Design Company Inc. Your purchase alone acts as your electronic signature.
All digital image sales are final.
 
 
1) WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
You are purchasing a licence to use a specific photo, not the copyright.
Homing Design Company Inc remains the copyright owner of all images.
 
2) LICENCE OPTIONS
You may purchase either:
Package Licence
Single Image Licence
Each licence is non‑exclusive, perpetual, and Canada‑wide.
 
3) WHAT THIS LICENCE ALLOWS
For the image(s) you purchase, you may:
Use the image(s) digitally without limitation (websites, social media, portfolios, email marketing, online features)
Print up to 500 copies per image (brochures, lookbooks, promotional material, print marketing)
Use the image(s) to showcase interior design, construction, styling, or related project work
 
4) SEPARATE BUSINESSES REQUIRE SEPARATE LICENCES
Licences are issued per business / per legal entity.
If you are a builder, contractor, stylist, stager, realtor, or vendor involved in the project, you must purchase your own licence to use the photos for your own company’s marketing.
Licences may not be shared between different businesses.
 
5) WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
You may not:
Sell, give away, or sublicense the image files
Use the images for stock photography, templates, NFTs, or AI training
Use the images in a logo or trademark
Exceed 500 printed copies per image
Use the images in any unlawful, misleading, or defamatory way
 
6) EDITING PERMITTED
You may crop, resize, and adjust brightness/colour, and add text or your logo, provided the image is not altered in a way that damages the reputation of Homing Design Company Inc.
 
7) RELEASES & PERMISSIONS
Property owners associated with this project have provided permission for the spaces to be photographed and for visible artwork, décor, and any identifiable individuals to appear in the images for portfolio and marketing use related to the project.
 
8) PAYMENT, REFUNDS & DELIVERY
All digital sales are final.
Files are delivered electronically after purchase.
If a file is corrupted, we will replace it.
 
9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Homing Design Company Inc’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
 
10) GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
