What You Cannot Do

Resell, share, or redistribute the digital file(s).

Use the image(s) in digital media (websites, social media, apps) unless you buy a separate digital licence.

Claim the image(s) as your own creation.

Use the image(s) in defamatory, unlawful, or offensive material.
Ownership

The copyright always remains with Homing Design Company Inc.

You are purchasing a licence to use the image(s), not the copyright itself.
Attribution

For advertising purposes credit is appreciated but not required.

For editorial purposes the Licensee must credit the photographer: Tanneal Haazen - Homing Design Company Inc.
Term

This licence is perpetual (no expiry) for the approved uses above.
